Some women undergo plastic surgery for serious reasons, such as to fix body parts, but other people undergo plastic surgery just because they want to change their appearence to look like someone else.

Plastic Surgery is not always pretty. When most people think about plastic surgery they just think it can inhance their appearence and make them look better, but that is not always the case. In some cases, people think that they are inhancing their looks, but they are really making themselves look worse.

Madonna : "Media needs to leave Britney alone"

Madonna wants the media to leave Britney Spears alone.
"They need to step off," she told the "Yo on E!" satellite radio show. "For real ... Let's go save her."

Madonna, 49, said her daughter, Lourdes, 11, feels the same way.

"She knows Britney, (but) she doesn't really watch TV or read gossip stuff," the pop star said in the interview. "I think she sort of gets the drift of what's going on, and I think she feels very protective of Britney."

Madonna and husband Guy Ritchie have a son, Rocco, 7, and are raising a Malawian boy they want to adopt.

"He's the life of the party," she said of David, who she brought home from Africa in 2006. "He loves music, he's an amazing dancer. ... He's a character."

As for speculation that her marriage is on the rocks, Madonna said: "It is ridiculous. ... I don't pay much attention to it."

Madonna & Guy Ritchie went for some couple time together at Harry’s Bar & Grill in London’s Mayfair. This dinner on Tuesday night, Mar. 18 was their first public outing since their family holiday in India in early Jan. this year. Ths public show of affection was meant to dispel rumors that their 7 year old marriage was in crisis.

John Ritchie, Guy’s father, said that Guy wanted to remain in the UK because of his working preferences. Madonna wanted to be in New York or somewhere else in the US. On Monday night, Madonna had a dinner date with Gwyneth Paltrow, her fellow American immigrant. Gwyneth also shared similar circumstances with Madonna. She had an English husband, and children in the UK while her work projects were in the US.
